Pšeno som si kúpila už dávnejšie, ale pozabudla som, že ho mám v špajzi. Pri upratovaní som ho "našla", hneď som sadla za notebook a hľadala nejaký recept. Nemala som predstavu, či slané alebo sladké, len nech je to zo pšena. Zaujal ma recept na pšenový koláč, no ja som si ho premenovala na pšenový nákyp, pretože mi pripomína nákyp ryžový. A kto má rád ten, určite mu bude veľmi chutiť aj tento. Piekla som ho už druhýkrát, polovicu som už zjedla a pozerám na tú druhú :-DDD Mňam...

1 hrnček pšena (250g) premyjeme vo vlažnej vode a dáme do väčšieho hrnca, pridáme 2 hrnčeky vody a varíme 5-10 minút. Zakryté nehcáme postáť ďaľších 10 minút. V miske si zmiešame 1/2 hrnčeka smotany na varenie, 1/2 hrnčeka mlieka, 2 vajcia, 1/2 hrnčeka cukru, podľa chuti hrozienka a sušené brusnice a premiešame. Vylejeme na pšeno a dôkladne opäť premiešame. Prelejeme do maslom vymastenej koláčovej formy a na vrch dáme maslo. Pečieme vo vyhriatej rúre pri 200° C asi 35-40 minút.
Necháme chvíľu postáť, podávame teplé alebo studené. Môžme posypať práškovým cukrom. Dobrú chuť :-)
